One-time top-ups

Coin purchases are optional, one-time payments through Mollie. There is no subscription or automatic top-up. The euro price and number of coins are shown on the coin packages page before checkout. Coins belong to your Aidriana account; they are not a shared Brains balance.

When coins arrive and when they are spent

Purchased coins are added after the server verifies successful payment. Returning from checkout alone is not proof of payment. If a payment is still being checked, use its status button or contact support before paying again.

Before requesting a chat reply, selfie or voice message, you see its current coin cost. Coins are reserved while it is generated, spent once for a completed result, and released for a confirmed failure. A lost connection can leave coins reserved until the original request is reconciled. Retrying that same request does not create another wallet charge.

Cancellation, refunds and problems

Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and consumer rights remain applicable. Signing in, receiving welcome coins or reading these terms does not waive them. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds beyond your legal entitlements. This does not affect refunds or remedies required by law.

To request cancellation or a refund, email support@aidriana.me with your account email, purchase date and payment reference if available. State clearly what you are requesting. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or login codes. We will review the payment, usage and applicable rights and explain the outcome. Statutory deadlines continue to apply.

If coins are missing, a reply was charged incorrectly, or you see a duplicate payment, contact us using the same details. Refunds or chargebacks may place the affected wallet under review while balances are reconciled. This does not remove your statutory rights.

Welcome gift

New verified accounts receive a certain amount of free coins once. These are promotional coins, not a payment, and have no purchase amount to refund. The number of messages they cover depends on the current chat price.
