Using this website

These terms describe Aidriana.me, including its email-code accounts, chat and coin wallet. Other Switching Brains services have their own terms. Creating an account is free and does not create a subscription or an obligation to purchase coins.

Your account

Verify an email address you control to create or access your account. Keep your mailbox and sign-in codes secure. Signing in with the same verified email returns you to the same wallet. Do not share sign-in codes or access another person's account.

Welcome coins and paid chat

Eligible new accounts receive a certain amount of free coins after email verification, once per email address. Returning accounts and accounts recreated with a previously registered email address do not receive another welcome gift. This is a coin allowance, not a fixed number of replies: the current price is shown before you send a message. After your available coins run out, you can choose to buy a one-time top-up.

A conversation with AI

Replies are generated by AI, not a human speaking to you in real time. They may be inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete. Chat is for general conversation and entertainment; it is not professional medical, legal or financial advice, or an emergency service. Check important information independently and do not send sensitive personal information.

Your content and responsible use

You retain any rights you hold in messages you submit. You allow Switching Brains and the providers involved to process them as needed to deliver your requested conversation. AI replies may resemble other content; exclusivity or suitability for a particular use is not guaranteed.

Use the service lawfully and respect others' rights. Do not submit illegal content, misuse other people's personal information, harass others, commit fraud, or attack the service. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect users; statutory rights concerning purchases remain. Report problematic replies to the support address above.

Availability and changes

Features and models may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Chat currently supports text messages up to 500 characters. Keep a separate copy of anything you need; chat is not an archival service. Updated terms will be published here with their date. Nothing here removes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
